Barbara Ross Denroche , MA
Principal, The Refinery Leadership Partners Inc.
Barbara Ross-Denroche, Principal of The Refinery Leadership Partners (The Refinery), has been actively engaged in, and responsible for, many leadership challenges that have shaped best practice people systems within organizations both as a senior manager and organizational consultant. Barbara is a recipient of the Human Resources Management Association of B.C. Award of Distinction for her work in corporate culture. The Quality Council of British Columbia also recognized Barbara’s achievements with the Award of Distinction in the People Focus category. Barbara has instructed leadership at Royal Roads University and Simon Fraser University. Active in the community, Barbara is Past President of B.C. Special Olympics, Past President and Board Member of B.C. Human Resources Association, and currently, a Board Member of the Minerva Foundation. For several years Barbara has mentored a young doctor in Uganda, East Africa to assist the building and impact of his medical clinic and community projects. She is a member of the global organization, Women’s Presidents Organization and member of the International Women’s Forum.
