Step 1: Identify where you are now
Our first task is to become your partner. To do that, we need to know what's working and what's not. Depending on your ultimate objectives, this process can range from a single conversation with the department head to employee surveys, focus groups and more.
Step 2: Identify where you are going
For many of our clients, success is defined by increase in revenue and market share. Some are hoping for a specific event such as getting acquired. Some want to become a better employer with increased engagement, retention and accountability. Others seek greater innovation or improved customer focus. Whether we're coaching just one person in the organization or implementing a full leadership initiative, we'll get clear on the purpose and desired outcomes before we move on.
Step 3: Determine how to close the gap between the two
Do we coach the senior executive team? Develop the leadership capacities of all managers and potential leaders throughout the organization? Implement a talent management system? All of the above? We help you move toward your organizational vision by making sure the services we deliver—and the way we deliver them—will achieve the desired outcomes.
