We are educators. Our methods stem from deep knowledge of adult learning theory combined with decades of practical experience working with managers. We believe anyone can develop leadership ability, if given the right opportunities.
While each client program is unique, we use a number of common methods to build each solution. All of our programs are cohort-based, include a number of leadership themes and extend over a significant span of time. The rest of a program’s design will be determined during our discovery and design process. Many programs include workshops, business simulations, coaching, intersession work, online learning groups and action learning projects. The final form of a program depends on the needs of the group with which we are working.
